IMCD Group, a global leading partner for the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients, announced the appointment of Reanne Rust as Managing Director for Canada, effective May 1, 2026.

Since joining IMCD in August 2024, Rust has worked closely with CEO Marcus Jordan and senior leadership on a number of strategic projects to strengthen the commercial performance and operational excellence across the business. Most recently, she played a leadership role in the roll-out of a significant supplier expansion in Europe, opening the door to further growth across the region.

Rust brings strong commercial, strategic and leadership credentials to the role. Prior to joining IMCD, she spent five years at McKinsey as a strategy consultant, working with large corporations on strategic, transformational and organizational change programs.
